Charity Partner Terms & Conditions

Below are the Terms & Conditions of using Thread Together’s clothing services. You will need to read and accept these before requesting an account with us.


If you are an existing partner, by continuing to use our service, you accept these terms & conditions.

I. You agree to use the donated clothing to only benefit those whom your organisation is directly supporting and deems to be in need. You are not permitted to distribute the clothes to any other organisation(s). In such instances, these organisation(s) must be referred to Thread Together.

II. You agree that under no condition may the clothes be sold or may any profit or fundraising be derived from the clothes provided by Thread Together, even if the profit from this sale is to benefit your organisation and your operating expenses. You understand that should you breach this condition, Thread Together will no longer be able to support your organisation.

III. You agree the clothes provided by Thread Together are solely for distribution amongst your clients, not for the benefit, conducting or enhancement of any organisation operations.

IV. You agree that you are only able to receive clothing from Thread Together to your nominated shipping address communicated by you to Thread Together at the time of your application. Any changes to your address will need to be communicated to Thread Together in writing. If not, this may result in your delivery request incurring charges and/or being rejected.

V. You agree and understand that Thread Together’s service is primarily designed to support individuals in immediate need.

VI. You agree as a recipient of our service, to submit regular Impact Stories and/or reporting either via email or our online store web form. Failure to submit stories and/or reporting on request, may result in your access to the Thread Together service being withdrawn.

VII. You agree that Thread Together has the right to terminate this agreement and withdraw your organisation’s login details if it is found that your organisation has violated any of these terms or been dishonest in providing the organisation’s relevant information.
